Stafford is just 7.5 square miles wedged between Sugar Land, Missouri City, and the Beltway 8 corridor — and it has something no other Texas city can claim: zero city property tax. Stafford is one of the closest Fort Bend County suburbs to the Loop, sitting right at US-90A and the Sam Houston Tollway. The city is small enough that navigation is simple, but residential streets sit next to busy commercial corridors — so truck staging and parking conditions vary block by block.
