Conference tables, whiteboards, AV equipment, break room appliances — the shared spaces that make an office functional. We move them all.
Filing cabinets and storage
Loaded filing cabinets are heavy. We handle them without emptying the drawers when possible, and transport storage room contents in the right order for reassembly.

Can you move our office over a weekend?
Yes — most of our office moves happen on Saturdays and Sundays specifically to avoid business disruption. We also do evening moves for smaller operations. Weekend scheduling is standard, not a premium service.
Do you handle IT equipment and computers?
We transport monitors, printers, servers, and other electronics with proper wrapping and padding. We recommend having your IT team disconnect and label all cables before move day, and reconnect them at the new location. We handle the physical transport safely.
How far in advance should we book a commercial move?
Two to four weeks is ideal for most small to mid-size office moves. Larger relocations with complex logistics should be booked four to six weeks out. The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we have with scheduling — especially for weekend moves.
Do you work with building management at both locations?
Yes. We coordinate freight elevator reservations, loading dock access, COI requirements, and after-hours entry at both your current and new building. If your building management has specific move-in procedures, we follow them.
Can you move cubicle and modular furniture systems?
Yes. We disassemble cubicle systems, panel workstations, and modular furniture at your current office and reassemble them at the new location. We label every panel and component so the layout goes back together exactly how you want it.
